Welcome to our instructional design portfolio. It highlights a selection of projects that reflect how we partner with clients to solve learning and performance challenges. The static samples below offer a glimpse into the work we’ve done to design engaging training and learning experiences, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs that combine both. We’ve also developed trainer guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and activity sheets to support learning transfer and on-the-job application.

We’ve proud to have partnered with leading organizations including the Building Officials’ Association of BC (BOABC), FortisBC, the Ending Sexual Violence Association of Canada, the YMCA of Greater Halifax and Dartmouth, and the Canadian Gas Association. Each project reflects our commitment to collaboration, combining sound instructional design methodology with practical tools and real-world relevance.

Behind the scenes, our process starts with consultation, then moves into needs analysis, design, and development using tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise (for eLearning projects). We include detailed review cycles and deployment options. The result? Learning solutions that are clear, efficient, and aligned to performance goals.
