Deployed online learning module to over 1000 management employees in dozens of different locations as an introduction to the new performance plan. Scheduled conference calls followed the online module to answer questions and promote discussion. Follow-up conversations between managers and direct reports continued the education. Managers received talking points to use after the online module. The talking points included key points and frequently asked questions. New employees automatically receive the module during the onboarding process. They then complete it during their orientation. New employees and managers meet to discuss questions after the training.
