Our Instructional Design Process

Every project begins with a virtual consultation to discover your goals. From there, we craft a detailed project plan that defines the scope, timeline, and deliverables. Using instructional design models like ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) and SAM (Successive Approximation Model) based on AGILE workflows, we manage both course creation and learning management system (LMS) implementation to ensure a seamless experience from design to delivery. Our process is transparent and collaborative. Clients can review progress, test early prototypes, and provide feedback at every stage. We’re based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, and work entirely virtually with clients around the world.
