This Privacy Statement and the Hemeon Learning Inc. (“Hemeon”) Privacy Code sets out how Hemeon Learning manages your personal information, and safeguards your privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) of Canada and in compliance with Canada’s international obligations for data protection under General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
