This module was created to provide employees with an introduction to the performance management process and an overview of the short term incentive form.
Educate all management employees about the incentive plan and performance management goals and also have something available for new employees hired after the initial launch.
Deployed online learning module to over 1000 management employees in dozens of different locations as an introduction to the new performance plan. Online module was followed by conference calls to answer questions and promote discussion. Follow-up conversations between managers and direct reports continued the education. Managers were provided talking points that could be used after the online module with key points and FAQs. New employees were automatically signed up for the module upon hiring and complete it as part of their orientation. Managers answer any questions after the training.
